Installation procedures for NEX1 tool-less Keystone jack:

- Strip cable jacket for about 5-7cm Straight each pair from the original stranded condition.
|
|
|
|
- Insert cables into guided tray based on the planned wire scheme.
- Slightly bent the cables up to prevent from falling back and pull cables up all the way up until the edge of the stripped cable stops at the insertion point.
- Cut the exposed part
|

|
|
- Securely tighten the cover by using fingers or applying the prier.
|
|
- Fits wire gauges between 0.5mm - 0.65mm (22-24AWG)
- Can be re-terminated a minimum number of 10 times. 0.5mm solid cable mis-conductivity might occur once 0.65mm solid cable has been terminated.
- Can be used for connecting digital voice telephone system.
- Avoid using under high temperature and high humidity environments.
- Stop the installation when lighting or the power source is switched on.
