NEX1 TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. ("NEX1") warrants these products against defects in material, design or workmanship as follow:

For a period of Life-time from the date of purchase, NEX1 will supply, at no charge, new replacements for defective parts. This warranty does not cover installation damage, and damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence to these products.

This warranties related to the standard shall be subject to the installation, operation and maintenance practices and testing and environmental conditions described in the ANSI/TIA/EIA-568 Standards. Products other than NEX1's will be excluded from the above said warranties.
